We recently completed our American Symbols Unit. As a culminating activity, students worked in a group of 3 to create an I-Movie trailer to convince you to visit one of the famous American Monuments in our country. This was also a great culmination of opinion/persuasive writing as the I-Movie is supposed to persuade you to visit that particular place.

Hopefully, the students will remember their learning and will think of First Grade when they visit one of these places one day.
